There are so many things I love about my business, the creativity of the work, the people on my staff, and the interesting challenges that keep this business fresh and exciting. I think the thing I love most though is the trust that my clients put in me to cater some of the most important moments of their lives.
I’ve catered weddings, baby showers, christenings, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations and special birthdays all for the same families. I’ve catered events for some of my corporate and not-for-profit clients through so many years of their growth and change that I feel like we’ve grown together. There really is no better compliment in this line of work than to have your clients come back time after time to invite you into their home or workspace and entrust you with their events. |
