Betsy Chollet Catering is a full-service catering company serving NYC, Westchester and Fairfield Counties and the Lower Hudson Valley. It is our goal to provide amazing food, attentive service and a stress free experience for our clients hosting Weddings, Social gatherings, special family occasions, and Corporate and Not-For-Profit events.

Our approach is very personal and collaborative. Our team is friendly, and we are genuinely interested in getting to know our clients so we can better serve their needs. It is our mission to help our clients execute their vision and leave the details to us. We strive to see that our clients can relax, enjoy their event and spend their time focused on their guests, families or clients.

We care deeply about the integrity of the food. Everything we serve comes out of our kitchen, and everything is made by hand. Our food philosophy is to use the best, freshest and most seasonal ingredients you can get your hands on and then let those ingredients shine through.
